Messages that go cold
Someone asks about your rates at 8pm. You answer at 10 the next morning. They already booked somewhere else.
AI agency in Guanacaste, Costa Rica
We install an AI agent that answers, replies with your business's real information, takes the deposit and books the appointment. On WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and your website.
The chat on this page isn't a contact form: it's the same agent we install for our clients. Ask it anything — it will interview you, quote you and book the call on its own.
Nobody writes to complain that you didn't answer. They just write to the next place.
Someone asks about your rates at 8pm. You answer at 10 the next morning. They already booked somewhere else.
Hours, price, location, availability, do you take cards. Every day, all day, typed out by hand.
Appointments scribbled between conversations, double bookings, and a reminder that sometimes goes out and sometimes doesn't.
No record of how many asked, how many went unanswered, or why they walked away.
Move the three sliders with your own numbers and see what's on the table every month. No tricks: the math runs in your browser and you can see where it comes from.
Per year: —
At $82 a month for the Professional plan, winning back — of those customers already pays for it.
With these numbers, what you're losing doesn't cover the plan. We'd rather tell you here than on the call. If your volume goes up, come back.
The math: messages per week × 4.33 weeks × average ticket × your close rate
This is arithmetic, not a promise. No bot recovers 100% of what you're losing — it recovers a share, and that share depends on your business. The number above is what's on the table, not what we'll hand back. We'd rather you see it that way before the call than after.
We work with any business, but in these four we know exactly where the money is leaking.
Clinics and practices
The phone rings while you're with a patient. WhatsApp piles up. Reception repeats the same opening hours forty times a day.
Real estate
Your agent spends the day answering questions from people who are just browsing. The serious buyer gets lost in the noise.
Hotels and tourism
Enquiries in English, at any hour, comparing three properties at once. Whoever answers first gets the booking.
Spas and wellness
Two-hour treatments booked with no commitment, and a therapist waiting for someone who isn't coming.
Before the call we take the public information about your business and build an agent that already talks about your services, your prices and your hours. You join the call and watch it answer as if it were yours, because it is.
In the meantime, the chat on this page is ours genuinely running — the same product, loaded with Ceiba's information.
Your industry not up there? We also work with dentists, gyms, restaurants, small hotels, retail, coaches, crm and sales teams, salons. What changes is the information we load, not the technology.
It understands what people write, answers with your business's information and acts: books, collects, escalates. These capabilities come with the installation.
Replies in seconds at any hour. The 3 a.m. message gets the same attention as the one at noon.
We load your prices, hours, services and the questions people actually ask. It doesn't talk in generalities — it talks about your business.
A verification layer checks every claim against what we loaded. What it doesn't know, it doesn't invent — it hands the conversation to you.
Checks your real availability in Google Calendar, holds the slot and generates the video call link.
To hold a booking it requests 25% via SINPE Móvil — Costa Rica's instant bank transfer — and logs the receipt. Fewer no-shows.
When a case needs human judgment it flags you and steps aside. You come in with the full context already read.
Detects the visitor's language and answers in it. Essential if you serve tourists.
A dashboard with every conversation, lead and booking. You finally know how many people write you and what they ask.
One agent, one brain, several channels. Start with one — usually the one that brings you the most messages — and add the rest once you see it working.
On your own number. With coexistence you keep using the app on your phone.
Replies to DMs and to comments on your posts.
Your page's Messenger.
The fastest to connect: five minutes and it's live.
A chat like the one on this page.
On the way.
No quotes that take a week, no meetings to schedule another meeting.
Today
Right here, right now. It asks a few questions about your business and gives you an estimate in the same conversation.
Within days
The agent books it itself. We show up with a demo built from your business's real information.
3 days
We load your information, connect your channels and test it with real conversations before it goes live.
Every month
We review what people actually ask and sharpen the answers. A bot left alone degrades.
It isn't just a bot answering: it's the first time your business has numbers on what happens in its conversations. How many asked, what they asked, and how many were slipping away.

Sample view. The numbers are illustrative, from a typical clinic — they aren't a client's results or ours. What is real is the dashboard: this is how it looks and this is what you'll receive.
No adding things up yourself. All three include the calendar, English and Spanish, and the anti-hallucination layer.
A channel is each place your customers write you from: your WhatsApp, your Instagram, your Facebook Messenger, Telegram, or the chat on your website. It's one agent with the same brain answering across all of them, but wiring up each one is separate work — that's why channels are what moves the price, while tools are a low flat fee.

WhatsApp has a separate connection cost that we don't charge. We pick the route together on the call, based on your volume and on whether you want to keep the app on your phone.
The monthly fee already includes $5 of AI credit — what the bot spends answering. If your volume goes past it, it's topped up at cost.
None of them fit? We build it to measure. Every piece is priced separately below.
Published here so you don't have to write to anyone to find out if it fits your budget. In US dollars.
What moves the price most are the channels, which is where the work is. Tools are a low fee.
Includes hosting, updates and answer tuning. The calendar is included in the base.
WhatsApp costs extra, and you have to choose how. WhatsApp doesn't let a bot connect on its own: it needs an integrator. You can go through a middleman platform and pay its plan, or connect directly with Meta, which is cheaper per message. That cost is a third party's — we don't charge it.
And the decision that matters most isn't price: through a platform you keep using WhatsApp Business on your phone — the bot answers and you jump into the conversation from your phone whenever you want. Direct with Meta, the number needs a dedicated line and you lose the app: everything goes through the dashboard. We decide on the call.
It's a managed service. The bot runs on our infrastructure and we host it, update it and keep it running — you don't administer servers, keys or accounts. The trade-off is clear: while your service is active, the bot answers; if you leave, it stops.
No. It eats the repetitive part — hours, prices, availability — which is exactly what wears your team down. When a conversation needs judgment, it hands it over with the full context so you step into what actually matters.
That's the right objection, which is why the verification layer is part of the base package, not an add-on. The bot answers only from the information we load about your business. If it's asked something that isn't there, it says so and escalates instead of improvising.
That's where it shows most. A large business has someone answering; a small one has the owner answering between customers, or not at all. That's where you recover sales that are quietly falling through today.
In an installation dedicated to your business, with its own database, isolated from every other client's. We host and administer it as part of the service — no accounts, servers or keys for you to manage. Your customers' data is yours: you can ask us for a copy of your conversations and contacts whenever you need it, as a spreadsheet. If you leave the service, that copy stays available for 30 days and then we delete it from our systems.
The base implementation is a matter of days, not months. The slow part isn't the technology — it's gathering your business information properly, and we walk you through that.
No. We build it, connect it and leave it running. You get a dashboard where you see conversations and leads, and nothing else.
Yes, and it's what we recommend. Start where people write you today. Adding channels later is quick and only adds that channel's cost.
Because WhatsApp doesn't let a bot connect without an intermediary. There are two paths: an authorized platform (YCloud, Kapso, Twilio or ManyChat), which charges its own plan, or connecting directly with Meta, which is cheaper per message but requires a dedicated line and business verification. We pick one together on the call based on your volume.
There are five routes and the cost is the platform's, not ours. With coexistence — you keep the app on your phone — there's YCloud, which has a free tier to start and charges no markup on Meta's rate, and Kapso, free up to 2,000 messages and $25/month beyond that. Without coexistence there's Twilio, no fixed fee but $0.005 per message, and ManyChat, from around $29/month for WhatsApp and rising with your contact count. The fifth is connecting directly to Meta's Cloud API: no platform in between and no subscription, cheapest per message, but it needs a dedicated line and business verification. Reference prices as of August 2026; the exact figure depends on your volume and we settle it on the call.
Less than people assume, if the bot is answering rather than chasing. Since July 2025 Meta charges per delivered template message, but everything inside the 24-hour customer service window is free. Since the bot is almost always replying to someone who wrote to you, those conversations cost nothing at Meta: you only pay when you start the contact outside that window, which is the case for campaigns and reminders. One heads-up for your budget: from October 2026 Meta starts charging for service messages too, which are free today. Costa Rica sits in the Rest of Latin America tier of the rate card.
It depends how we connect it, and it's the most important decision for that channel. With YCloud or Kapso it runs in coexistence mode: the bot answers on your same number and you keep using WhatsApp Business on your phone — if you jump into a conversation, the bot steps aside on its own. Connected directly to Meta, the number needs a dedicated line and you do lose the app: everything is answered from the dashboard. If answering from your phone matters to you, we go the coexistence route.
It takes a few minutes. At the end it gives you an estimate and, if it's a fit, books the call with us — without anyone having to get back to you.
